By segmenting procedures and integrating them into risk assessments, we enhance near-miss identification and potential risk management to prevent major industrial accidents.
Safety Culture Campaign
Sekonix fosters a safety culture for workers by operating a safety and health opinion center, strengthening supervisor competencies, training safety experts, providing safety and health consulting, running "Safety Acrostic Campaigns," and utilizing visual materials on accident case studies.
Chemical Substance Management
Go to PolicySekonix manages chemical substances company-wide for safe and proper handling. New substances are monitored for health impacts on employees through the groupware system, registered, and managed in consultation with the safety and health team. Based on registered MSDS, workplace environment management and health checks are conducted, and special inspections on hazardous chemical handling ensure a safer and healthier work environment.
Emergency Response System Establishment
Sekonix prepares for emergencies by establishing emergency response manuals and conducting simulations. We build response procedures based on risk types (e.g., fire, personal injury, natural disasters, pandemics) and conduct emergency evacuation/drills to ensure effective action capabilities.

Infectious Management System
By swiftly implementing measures during infectious disease outbreaks, we continuously protect the health and safety of employees and ensure the safety required for job performance. The integrated infectious disease management system focuses on prevention but also provides exceptional response capabilities during rapid outbreaks or crises. It integrates internal HR management system data and external information to establish swift and effective crisis response strategies while working with local communities to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
